I tried today to get the headset to work, and it won't receive sound. Keyboard/Mouse is Logitech MX5500 Revolution, bluetooth wireless, came with a USB dongle that they connect through. I had a revelation today that: "Duh, my keyboard/mouse is bluetooth, shouldn't that be the same thing?" My goal here is to get my new Motorola HT820 bluetooth headphones to work with on my computer. I’ve tried everything above and also run trouble shooting diagnostics of all do the USB ports and Bluetooth options, and none have worked.Ok so here's a question. Where I’m at now: -under Bluetooth and Audio devices it shows them as paired, but I cannot connect to them -under sound options, and properties including going into deep sound settings, it shows as paired but cannot connect to them in any way.Īny help is greatly appreciated.
uninstalling AirPod Pro Bluetooth Drivers, and Reinstalling then by reconnecting AirPods for the first time -updating AirPod Pro drivers on my PC -uninstalling all Bluetooth Drivers and reinstalling/updating each individual driver -uninstalling and reinstalling/updating ALL USB drivers -did a complete uninstall of the Bluetooth Dongle program/drivers and completely reinstalled them, both with and without the disc that comes with the dongle, twice -reinstalled windows 10 completely bottom up -took the dongle back to the store I bought it to get it replaced (under warranty) and they tested it with 100% effectiveness to multiple devices (not my airpods because I had someone take them in on my behalf as I’m working from home in meetings all day and assumed it was a dongle issue) -tried updating Zoom -tried every available option within Windows 10 to connect to the AirPod Pro -and YES I’ve restarted, turned off and on, the computer many times in between things AND yes the AirPods are at full charge.
What I’m using for BlueTooth: ASUS USB-BT400 Bluetooth 4.0 USB Dongle I can’t, using any method online or that I know of, connect them and have them work. It says they’re paired, but won’t connect. Up until Friday last week they would Bluetooth connect to my PC completely fine.
